I don’t believe in many things
I sure as shit don’t believe a word they say
Lie about every little thing they can
I don’t believe in God
Why do the followers of someone who loves
Have so much hate in their hearts
That doesn’t seem right to me
I don’t think you need to read the Bible
To be a good human being
I don’t believe the Instagram models
Posing half naked to sell you shit you don’t need
I don’t believe leggings count as pants
I think pants are pants
And if you think pants are uncomfortable
Your pants don’t fit right
I don’t believe things need to be complicated
Someone once said
All you need is three chords and the truth
And that’s good enough for me
I don’t believe in southern pride
The confederate flag is the symbol of a failed nation
The south fought for the right to own human beings and lost
You don’t see Nazi flags in Germany
So why do we see the confederate flag here
I don’t believe you should order food that you have the means to make yourself
If I wanted spaghetti I’m gonna make it myself
It’s not very hard to do
I don’t believe in Bigfoot or Nessie
All those people looking for them, they would have been found by now
I don’t believe in incurable diseases
Cause it is so profitable to treat the symptoms
I believe that human is a selfish creature
Who only thinks about their own survival
And they forget, that we are all humans
It’s not all about you
It’s about the collective
The sum is greater than any part
No matter how wealthy
No matter how strong
I don’t believe people think about others
Unless it helps during tax time
Or makes them look good at work
Or makes them feel better about themself
And maybe that’s where we went wrong
It’s not what your country does for you
But what you do for your country.
Same applies to everybody else
It shouldn’t be what can people do for me
It’s what can I do for other people
People have such sick fondness for the past
They don’t take a look at what was being said
Just remember the good stuff
And bury all the bad
It’s the American way
